Red Quill Village - It started
with the smile of a president...
Fifty
years ago, an American president recognized the beauty and solitude
of Colorado's Fraser Valley. Dwight D. Eisenhower spent many a summer
day fly-fishing just outside Winter Park - casting one of his most faithful
flies, the red quill, on the clear mountain waters of the Fraser River.
Maybe it was his beloved fly-fishing in the fresh alpine air and warm
western hospitality that put that well-known smile on Ike's face!

In memory of the president's love of this friendly, down-to-earth
mountain community - and the art of fly-fishing - we are proudly building
a legacy that will put a smile on your face... luxury townhomes worthy
of a president... that will bear the name Red Quill Village.
